1. Why does my iPhone not show dual-camera mode?
Simultaneous dual-camera recording depends on device hardware, iOS version, and Apple's multi-camera capability. The app checks what your current device supports and only shows available modes. Unsupported devices fall back to single-camera recording.
2. Do all iPhones support front-and-back recording?
No. See the compatibility page. Even if a device supports multi-camera capture, it may not support every lens combination at the same time.
3. Are my videos uploaded to a server?
No. The current version does not require an account, does not provide cloud sync, and does not upload recorded videos to our server.
4. Where are videos saved?
Recordings are saved in the app's local video list by default. You can choose to save a video to Photos or send it through the iOS share sheet.
5. Why does the app need camera, microphone, and Photos add permission?
- Camera: used to record video.
- Microphone: used to record audio.
- Photos add permission: used only when you choose to save a video to Photos.
6. What should I do if recording or saving fails?
Check that permissions are enabled, your device has enough storage, the system camera is not being used by another app, and try a shorter recording or single-camera mode. If the issue continues, contact support with your device model, iOS version, and reproduction steps.
7. Why are some modes still unavailable after Pro unlock?
Pro unlocks app features in the current version, but it cannot change device hardware. If a camera combination is not supported by your iPhone, buying Pro will not make that mode available.
8. Can I get support in English?
Yes. Email alsoho_support@163.com with your device model, iOS version, app version, and the steps that caused the issue.
