Data Deletion
1. App-local videos
You can delete recordings from the app's local video list. After deletion, the related app-local video file, thumbnail, and local record are usually removed.
2. Photos copies
If you saved a video to Photos, delete that exported copy in Apple Photos. Deleting the in-app video does not automatically delete copies already saved to Photos.
3. Copies shared through the system share sheet
If you sent a video to another app, contact, or cloud service, those copies are managed by the receiving app or recipient. DualShot cannot delete copies already sent to third parties.
4. Deleting the app
Deleting DualShot usually removes videos and local records inside the app sandbox, but it does not delete copies already saved to Photos, iCloud Photos, or third-party apps.
5. Support email records
If you contacted us by email, your email address, issue description, screenshots, or attachments may be stored in the mail system to handle support. You can request deletion of support communication records by email:
6. Purchase records
App Store purchases, refunds, and order records are managed by Apple. We cannot delete purchase history from your Apple account. You can review it in Apple ID, subscription management, or purchase history.
