Privacy Policy
1. App permissions
- Camera permission: used for previewing and recording video.
- Microphone permission: used for recording audio.
- Photos add permission: used only when you tap save to Photos.
The current version does not require reading your Photos library and does not request location, contacts, calendar, health, Bluetooth, or ad tracking permission.
2. Local videos and records
Recorded videos, thumbnails, and related records are stored locally on your device by default. You can play, delete, save to Photos, or share them through the iOS share sheet.
Deleting the app, deleting an in-app video, or clearing local files may remove the related local record. Copies already saved to Photos or sent through system sharing are managed by the corresponding system app or recipient.
3. Whether we collect data
The current app does not require login and does not transfer your videos, camera frames, microphone audio, local video list, or device recording files to our server.
If you contact us by email, your email address, issue description, screenshots, or attachments are used to handle the support request. Please do not send unnecessary private videos, identity documents, addresses, payment card numbers, or other sensitive information.
4. Purchases and entitlement
If the app offers a Pro one-time purchase, purchase, refund, and payment information are handled by Apple App Store. The app may read the current entitlement status provided by StoreKit to show whether Pro is unlocked on the device. The current version does not use our own server to verify purchases.
5. Third-party services
The current version does not include our own analytics, ad tracking, cloud sync, or video upload service. If future features change privacy-related processing, we will update this Privacy Policy and the App Store Connect privacy labels.
6. Data deletion
Local videos and local records can usually be deleted in the app. You can also delete the app to remove local data in the app sandbox. See Data Deletion for more details.
To request deletion of support email records, contact us at alsoho_support@163.com.
7. Children and minors
DualShot is not a service specifically directed to children. When minors use camera and sharing features, parents or guardians should supervise use according to local law, family rules, and content safety needs.
8. Policy updates
We may update this policy because of feature changes, legal requirements, or service changes. The updated policy will show its effective date on this page.
