Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using DualShot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the app.
2. Service description
DualShot is a local dual-camera recording tool that provides camera preview, recording, local video management, saving to Photos, system sharing, and optional Pro unlock features.
The app does not provide a social community, cloud sync, video hosting, AI editing, medical service, or safety monitoring service. You are responsible for the content you record, save, and share with the app.
3. User responsibility
- Record video legally and with respect for privacy and likeness rights.
- When recording other people, children, private places, workplaces, classes, performances, or meetings, follow local law and on-site rules.
- Do not use the app to record or distribute illegal, infringing, harassing, secretly recorded, stalking, violent, sexual, or otherwise improper content.
- Manage your device storage. Long recordings may create large files.
4. Compatibility
Dual-camera mode depends on Apple's multi-camera capability and the current device hardware. The app tries to show only supported modes, but iOS version, permissions, storage, temperature, battery, background interruptions, and hardware limits may still affect recording.

5. Purchases and Pro unlock
The app may offer a one-time Pro unlock through Apple App Store. Price, tax, refunds, Family Sharing, restore purchases, and regional availability are governed by the App Store and Apple's rules.
If your purchase does not take effect, first use Restore Purchases in the app. If it still does not work, see Purchase and Restore or contact support.
6. Privacy
DualShot does not require an account and does not upload recorded videos to our server. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, DualShot is provided as is. We do not guarantee that the app will run continuously or error-free on every device, iOS version, lens combination, recording length, or environment.
Issues caused by user-recorded content, sharing behavior, device failure, insufficient storage, system limits, third-party apps, or force majeure are the responsibility of the relevant party under applicable law.
8. Updates
We may update these Terms because of feature, legal, or operational changes. Updated Terms will show their effective date on this page.
