If DualShot offers Pro, it will be unlocked through Apple App Store as a one-time purchase or in-app purchase. Price, tax, refunds, and regional availability are governed by the App Store display and Apple's rules.

1. What Pro may include

Pro benefits depend on what the current app version shows. They may include longer recording duration, higher-quality export, more layouts, landscape recording, or more lens combinations when the device supports them.

2. What Pro cannot change

Pro unlock cannot change device hardware. If an iPhone does not support a dual-camera combination, purchasing Pro will not make that combination available.

3. How to restore purchases

  1. Confirm the device is signed in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
  2. Open the app's purchase or settings page.
  3. Tap Restore Purchases.
  4. Wait for the App Store to return the current entitlement status.

4. Refunds

App Store refunds are handled by Apple. You can submit refund requests through Apple's purchase history or reportaproblem.apple.com. Developers cannot directly complete an Apple refund on your behalf.
